Smart Plug Mini
The Smart Plug Mini lets you control lights, heaters, fans, coffee makers and much more. Use your smart plug to control your household electrical appliances. The Smart Plug Mini is also a signal amplifier for your Zigbee network. The smart plug can make sure that the power and home appliances are turned on or off. You can also set it up to control the heat in the room together with a panel oven as a thermostat. Take control wherever you may be.
Step 1. Plug the Smart Plug Mini into a power outlet.
Step 2. Smart Plug mini will now start looking for a Zigbee network it can connect to.
Step 3. The LED button will flash red while the Smart Plug Mini searches for a gateway.
Step 1. Scan for new device in Wattle to connect it to your gateway. (Settings–>Manage devices)
Step 2. When the LED button stops blinking, the Smart Plug Mini is connected to Wattle.

Select the room you want from the list or add a new room.

Step 3. Select Usage
Generic The function is separated from any system logic. You can view and control the status of the function in the “generic” tab in the room view.
Light The function is connected to a light source and is connected to the light logic of the selected room. You can control the lights as part of the room or invidiually in the “lights” tab in the room view.
Climate control The function is connected to a heating or cooling device and is connected to the climate logic. You can control the climate settings from the “temperature” tab in the room view. Usage option choose between heating device and cooling device.
Step 4. Choose Apply when satisfied with configuration.
The smart plug should be placed indoors at a temperature between 0 and 50 celsius. The Smart Plug is not intended for outdoor use.
f the signal is weak, move the sensor closer to the gateway, or set a signal amplifier between the gateway and the smart plug.
If the device is used as a signal amplifier, the device should be located between the gateway and the sensor (s).
Searching for gateway – The red light flashes every second.
Normal mode – A green LED indicates that Smart Plug is active and in status ON. The relay can be switched on and off by pressing the LED button in addition to control via Wattle.
OFF mode – If the LED is not lit, it means that the relay is turned off. The release can be turned on by pressing the button in addition to Wattle control.
Reset may be required if you want to connect the smart plug to another gateway or reset it to factory settings to eliminate abnormal behaviour.
Step 1. Plug the Smart Plug Mini into a power outlet.
Step 2. Press and hold the button on the device.
Step 3. Hold the button until the red LED light blinks continuously (about 15 seconds). Then release the button.
Step 4. The red LED light will be on for 2-5 seconds and then flash a orange and then green light after releasing the button. Do not turn off or disconnect the device while the light is on.
Step 5. The LED will now start blinking red every second. This means that the device is reset and is searching for a gateway to connect.
In case of power failure, the device will be reset to the on / off status before the power failure.
In case of bad or weak signal (see signal level in Wattle), try moving the Smart Plug or Gateway to another location.
If the search for a gateway has timed out, you can start it again by briefly pressing once on the LED button. The smart plug will be in search mode for 15 minutes or until it finds a gateway.
