We will update the cam solution to the new solution without Kurento monday morning.
•The upgrade starts monday morning 8.30 and is expected to last 1 to 3 hours.
•During this time the camera cloud will not be operational (streaming/recording etc. will not work). Other cloud services will work as normal.
•After the upgrade, users MUST upgrade their app to make the camera solution work again. Users that have not upgraded will receive a notice in the app that they must upgrade.
•Users will still not have an HD option after this upgrade (a GW update is necessary for this) this will be released after new years.
•The camera solution is expected to be more stable after this update.
Problem should now be solved and Telia subscriptions should be able to access through cloud.
The Domain Name Server at Telia having issues translating our server adresses to IPs which makes the app not able to connect when connected with Telias network.
Other carriers/ISPs do not have this issue. We reached out to Telia about the issue.
-If possible on your device you could set manual DNS to 18.104.22.168 to override Telia DNS.
-If connected through WiFi with any other carrier/ISP than Telia it will let you connect through cloud access(no need to be close by the gateway)
-If cellphone are connected to same WiFi(router) as the gateway local access works
We will update when we have more information.
We are doing system maintenance and upgrades of the underlying software.
Downtime of the services are expected in the timespace 09:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
